LIIFE CALLING provides a phygital community platform for entrepreneurs and professionals, offering mentorship access, digital legacy profiles, community networking, the Joy of Giving (JOG) ecosystem, and a Phygital Calendar of offline events across India.

3. Membership & Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and above and to registered businesses. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. LIIFE CALLING reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or community guidelines.

4. Code of Conduct

All members agree to uphold the LIIFE values of Learning, Innovation, Integrity, Fellowship, and Entrepreneurship. You must not:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Engage in spam, phishing, or unsolicited commercial messaging.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other members.
• Share confidential information disclosed within Tribe sessions.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of LIIFE CALLING or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. LIIFE CALLING makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LIIFE CALLING shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
