Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

Liife Calling is committed to maintaining a safe and professional platform for all users. Although our app is intended strictly for users aged 18 and above, we take a firm stance against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in all forms.

Zero Tolerance Policy

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any content, behavior, or user activity that involves or promotes:

  • Child sexual abuse or exploitation
  • Sexualization of minors
  • Sharing or soliciting exploitative material
  • Grooming or inappropriate contact with minors

Such activity is strictly prohibited and will result in:

  • Immediate removal of content
  • Permanent suspension or ban of offending accounts
  • Reporting to appropriate law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local authorities

Monitoring and Reporting

User-generated content (UGC), such as posts, profile images, and messages, is monitored and subject to moderation.

Users can report content or users suspected of engaging in CSAE-related behavior using in-app tools.

Our moderation team reviews reports promptly and thoroughly, prioritizing safety risks and potential harm.

User Responsibility

We encourage all users to:

  • Report any suspicious behavior or content involving minors
  • Avoid sharing any content that may appear inappropriate or exploitative
  • Use the platform respectfully and responsibly

Technology and Enforcement

We use a combination of:

  • Manual moderation
  • User reports

To help detect and remove CSAE content swiftly and effectively. We also cooperate fully with legal authorities when required.
