1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Liife Calling ("Licensor", "we", "us", or "our"), located at D-165, Indira Nagar, Block D, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226016, for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("Software").

2. Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Liife Calling hereby grants you a subscription-based, single-user, non-transferable license to install and use the Software.

Liife Calling is a mobile application designed to connect entrepreneurs through a social media platform.

This license permits installation and use of the Software on a single device at a time. You may not make the Software available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices simultaneously.

This subscription-based license is valid only for the duration of your active subscription. Upon termination or expiration of your subscription, your right to use the Software will end, and you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where expressly permitted by law.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Software or any part thereof.
• Distribute, publish, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software.
• Sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or host the Software for third parties.
• Use the Software to develop any product that competes, directly or indirectly, with the Software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices from the Software or its documentation.
• Use the Software in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.

Additional restrictions: No offensive posts.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Software and all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to it are owned by Liife Calling or its suppliers and are protected by copyright laws and international treaties. You acknowledge that you obtain no ownership rights in the Software or its related materials.

Liife Calling may terminate this Agreement immediately if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software and related materials.

7. Updates and Maintenance

Liife Calling may, at its discretion, provide updates, upgrades, or maintenance releases. Such updates may come with additional or modified license terms. Liife Calling is not obligated to provide updates or technical support unless specified in another agreement.

8. Data Collection and Privacy

The Software may collect certain usage data to improve user experience. Personal data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Liife Calling concerning the Software and supersedes all prior understandings or communications.
